🛡️ Our 30-Day Comfort Guarantee: We stand behind the material quality and biomechanical design of our medical-grade elastomeric silicone gel pads. Try your pack for up to 30 days from delivery—if you aren’t satisfied, our Care Team will make it right.
1. 30-Day Refund & Replacement Eligibility
- 30-Day Evaluation Window: You have 30 calendar days from the tracked delivery date of your order to request a replacement or refund.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If any pad arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will ship a free tracked replacement or issue a 100% full refund (including any shipping paid) immediately upon verification.
- Comfort Guarantee Refunds: If you have followed the 6.1–10.6 mm proximal placement guide and find the pads unsuitable for your footwear within 30 days, contact our Care Team with your Order Number for a hassle-free refund of your bundle purchase price. Because silicone foot pads are hygienic skin-contact items, opened pads do not need to be mailed back unless requested by quality assurance.
2. Shipping Rates & Twice-Weekly Chit Chats Dispatch
- Batch Dispatch Schedule: All orders are packed and handed over to Chit Chats on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST on a Tuesday or Friday ship in that day’s batch; orders placed afterward ship in the next Tuesday or Friday batch.
- Canadian Shipping (Chit Chats / Canada Post):
- Orders under $59.00 CAD: $8.95 CAD Flat-Rate Tracked Parcel (4 to 8 business days).
- Orders $59.00 CAD and above (including the Complete Relief Stock-Up 8-Pack): FREE Tracked Canadian Shipping.
- United States Shipping (Chit Chats / USPS Cross-Border Tracked):
- Standard Tracked Parcel: ~$7.95 CAD ($5.95 USD equivalent), or FREE on qualifying $59.00 CAD+ orders (5 to 10 business days).
3. How to Request a Refund or Order Assistance
To initiate a refund, exchange, or tracking inquiry, submit your Order Number and request through our secured Customer Care Contact Page. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
